Booking Terms & Conditions
Your booking request will be dealt with by our Administrator. Online bookings will be automatically confirmed with a copy of the booking request being sent to your email address. This is for information only and is not itself a confirmation of your booking. Your booking is not made until you have received a confirmation letter from the Time for Marriage office.
All bookings are subject to our acceptance of your booking request. Whilst we endeavour to keep our room availability details up to date on our online booking system, we cannot accept liability for information which has become out of date before we are able to send you confirmation by email.
By using our online booking system and selecting payment through paypal you are accepting that we process your booking request, authorise TfM to make your reservation, and take payment from your paypal account, credit or debit card, using the details you have supplied.
You have a legal responsibility to ensure that the information you give us is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
Full Payment is required at the time of booking.
Cheques will be accepted only if sufficient time is given for the cheque to clear in our bank account before the date of your stay. Cheques should be made payable to “Time for Marriage Ministries”.
Those wishing to do a BAC’s transfer please obtain account details from the TFM office.
Substitutions or Transfers
We are unable to allow substitutions as we often run a waiting list and therefore reserve the right to reallocate places freed by cancellations.
Transfers from one set of dates to another are not encouraged but may be considered under special circumstances. These transfers are subject to availability and the place being transferred from being filled. A single administration charge of £15 will be applied in all circumstances.
As a charitable organisation, we make no profit from our weekends and the majority of the weekend cost is passed onto the venue. Therefore we are unable to offer any refunds on cancellations.
We recommend you consider taking out individual insurance to cover any cancellation charges.
Although the vast majority of our programmes run as advertised, we reserve the right to make cancellations and changes if circumstances arise which are beyond our control. All booking fees will be returned in full.
We will always try to accommodate people with a disability, but some of our venues are more suitable for wheelchair access than others. Please contact the TfM office before booking a course to discuss suitable venues. If you cannot climb stairs, please tell us at the time of booking.
Full board includes breakfast,, lunch, dinner, and other refreshments.
Please note that the TfM venues are only able to provide vegetarian and certain medically essential diets. If you need a special diet PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK to see whether we are able to meet your requirements. If diets/food preferences are notified in advance we will do our best to fulfil them.
Check-in is from 5.00 – 6.30pm on the day of arrival (Dinner is at 7pm) and check-out is by 4pm on the last day.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation.
Guests are responsible for the insurance of their own effects while at TfM venues.
Personal information we collect when booking, is used for TFM purposes only, and is not passed on to any other persons or organisations. If you wish to have your details removed from our system, please contact the TfM Office by email.
